Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.

Payment:

All payments should be USD.
You will receive an invoice via the email you provide me for your records.
Payment is due in full upfront for any commission under $200. For commissions over $200, a 50% deposit is required. For commissions over $1,000, a 25% deposit is required. The balance is required after the planning/sketch phase has been reviewed by the commissioner and approved to be finalized.

General Guidelines:

Please include any visual references and a general description. The more details you provide will enable me streamline the design process for a quicker turnaround.
The pricing outlined in the pricing tab are baseline. Pricing depends on complexity and scale of each individual project.
Commissions will only be denied if they are beyond my capabilities, or I'm unavailable due to scheduling conflicts.
There is no waitlist. The only work in the queue are those that have deposits.
Once final payment is received, your commission will be entered in the queue for completion.
Minor tweaks and changes, like small details are possible. Color changes are available for digital products.
If you require a major change, like color changes for a physical order that the coloring process has already been started, there will be additional charges depending on the amount of work required to make the change.

Use:

Pieces are for personal and commercial use. You may profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc.
By commissioning me, you're purchasing my labor and a physical piece, or a copy of your digital commission. I relinquish the rights to my work that you commission. I will retain the rights to use any designs for promotional or portfolio materials.
You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as I am credited for the work.
I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal work.

Returning Client Discount:

Effective September 30th, 2024, returning clients will receive a 10% discount on any NEW orders over $100.

Refer a Friend:

Anyone you refer to me for commissions over $100 gets you $20 off of any future project over $100. Please make sure anyone you refer to me lets me know who sent them so I can make note of the credit.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel a commission before its due date, or any work has been started, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. if you cancel within 10 days of placing a commission, you may be eligible for a full refund, as long as no work has taken place.

Adding Extras:

If you'd like to add to an existing order, there is a 10% surcharge to keep it in the same delivery window. Some exceptions may apply depending on size of additional products.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are typically 50% extra per item and must be paid in full upon order. Discounts do not apply to rush jobs.
